David Moore

David Matthew Moore, a young man with an old soul, was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on November 17, 2005. David was an aspiring artist who saw beauty in everything and sought to share that vision with the world. He painted on canvas, with words and through music. David's smart and insightful nature was reflected in his art.

From a young age, David was a loving son to his parents, Jeremy and Melissa Moore, and a cherished brother to Nathan. His loving nature extended beyond his family to his friends and community. David was a firm believer in the power of service, and he was an active member of both Victory Church in Westminster and Mission Hills Church in Littleton. He eagerly volunteered to serve others, spreading joy. Service, friends, and music were some of the things that mattered most to him.

In his free time, David enjoyed the great outdoors, finding peace and inspiration in activities like mountain biking, running, swimming, skiing, camping, hiking, and watching sunsets. He liked to play sports and loved playing video games. David was a dreamer who aspired to be a musician and hoped to take a mission trip one day.

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death" (Romans 8:1-2). David saw no one as a lost cause and instead saw beauty and possibilities in everyone. He generously gave of himself to people, especially his friends.
